Cachly Privacy Policy
Cachly is an offline-first personal finance application. Accounts, transactions, transfers, categories, notes, settings, and other financial records are stored locally on the user's device. The current version does not send those records to the developer and does not contain advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. If a future version adds any of those technologies, this policy and the store data disclosures will be updated before that version is released.
To update exchange rates, Cachly sends HTTPS requests to third-party rate providers: fxapi.app, moneyconvert.net, jsDelivr/Fawaz Currency API, Binance, and Coinbase. The requests do not contain the user's accounts, transactions, notes, or balances. As with any internet request, the providers can receive technical information such as the IP address, request time, and basic network metadata. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.
When Android Backup is enabled for the user's device and protected by Android's backup encryption, Android may store Cachly's database in the user's system backup and restore it during app installation or device setup. This backup is handled by Android and the user's selected backup provider, not by the developer.
Manual backup export and import are started only by the user. An exported backup contains the user's financial records and is not currently password-encrypted. It is saved to the location selected by the user, and the user is responsible for protecting and deleting exported copies. Import reads only the file explicitly selected by the user.
Cachly requests only internet access for downloading exchange rates. It does not request contacts, location, camera, microphone, advertising identifier, or broad storage access.
Users can delete individual records in the app or erase all local Cachly data through Android system settings. Privacy questions can be sent using the developer contact shown on Cachly's store listing.

При включённом зашифрованном Android Backup база может сохраняться системным провайдером резервного копирования. Ручная экспортированная копия содержит финансовые данные и пока не защищена паролем.
